Who for
Participants of the Volnyja initiative.
Number of consultations
Up to two 45-minute consultations with one specialist. For the second consultation, a short form from the coordinator is enough.
Confidential
What is said stays between you and the specialist. The coordinator sees only the topic of your request.
Rescheduling
Cannot make it? Tell us at least an hour ahead and we will move it.
Not showing up
If you do not come and do not warn us, access to the whole base of specialists is closed. Exceptions for good reasons — write to the coordinator.
Questions
- Can I choose several specialists?
- Yes, but one application per specialist. If you need a second consultation with someone else, leave a second application.
- Can I change the time?
- Yes. Write to the coordinator at least an hour before the meeting and she will help you move the slot.
- The coordinator has not replied
- She usually writes within 1–2 working days. If it takes longer, write to volnyja@volnyja.com.
- Who do I ask?
- For anything about booking and consultations, the initiative’s coordinator. If you do not have her contact to hand, write to volnyja@volnyja.com.
